Here at Pro Veteran Associates Inc our goal is to help you increase your combined VA disability percentage to reflect your current level of disability. While we do look at the full Veteran's disabilities from the Disability Breakdown Letter sent from the Department of Veteran's affairs our specialty is with mental health. We utilize a variety of medical professionals who will review your claim. If deemed appropriate we will refer you off to an examiner that meets the needs of your claim. If you have a disability that needs an increase, can be linked to service, or linked to another service-connected condition an examination and medical opinion would be requested from the examiner.
Our fees are pretty upfront and simple, however there are a few exceptions. These exceptions are annotated in the contract that our clients sign with Pro Veteran Associates Inc. Generally, we would require 4 times the amount of increase you obtain when you utilize our services. For example, if you are currently receiving 1500 from the VA and after working with us your compensation gets an increase and your monthly payment is now 2000 you would owe us $2000. (2000(new payment rate) - 1500 (old payment rate) *4)
